Supreme Food Service Ltd. is a fast-growing wholesale food distribution company serving restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores across the GTA.
We operate through a multi-channel model:
- Cash & Carry (walk-in wholesale)
- Online ordering platform (Website + Mobile App)
This is a field-based, target-driven sales role where you will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory.
This role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on winning new business and growing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage your assigned sales territory
- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
- Acquire new customers (restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores)
- Plan and execute daily field visits within your territory
- Increase monthly sales volume, repeat business, and customer retention
- Upsell and cross-sell across product categories: (Packaging, Grocer, Meat & Poultry, Produce, Frozen, Dairy, Beverage, Janitorial
- Promote and onboard customers to our online ordering platform (website & app)
- Drive customers to use Cash & Carry for quick purchases
- Identify opportunities within your territory and monitor competitor activity
- Create orders and manage customer-specific pricing
- Coordinate with inside sales, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Submit weekly pipeline, activity, and sales reports
- Achieve consistent monthly targets for new customer acquisition and sales growth
Requirements
- Mandatory: Direct experience in food distribution, cash & carry, or restaurant/grocery supply
- Experience in field sales and territory management
- A strong network in the restaurant, grocery sector is an asset
- Proven track record of acquiring new customers and growing sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using digital ordering tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
