Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of teaching experience in a traditional school environment or as an ESL teacher.
- Location: Must be a Canada-based English speaker with a strong educational background.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing online platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams, with a reliable internet connection and professional home setup.
- Skills: Able to prepare and share simple monthly lesson plans based on student interest surveys. You should be patient, encouraging, and adaptable to different age groups
- Demonstrated ability to tutor students individually or in small groups effectively
- Passion for education and commitment to student success
- Relevant teaching certifica are preferred but not mandatory
