Role Overview
As a Field Sales Representative, you will spend 70-80% of your time in the field acting as the face of Gameday. Your mission is to drive brand awareness, form local partnerships, and build a steady pipeline of clinic consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Secure strategic referral partnerships with local gyms, golf courses, corporate wellness groups, and businesses.
- Event Marketing: Coordinate and execute high-impact local pop-ups, community events, health fairs, and business presentations.
- Public Engagement: Proactively educate the community on men's vitality and longevity services to generate qualified inquiries.
- Activity Tracking: Responsibly log daily field activities and event metrics using internal tracking software.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 1–2 years of outside, field, or B2B sales experience. Experience in fitness, wellness, health, or med-spas is highly preferred.
- Mobility: Valid Ontario Driver’s License, clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle for daily territory travel (CRA-approved kilometer reimbursement provided).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills; a charismatic, high-energy networker passionate about men's health.
- Autonomy: A self-starter capable of managing a field calendar and tracking goals independently while on the road.
- Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends for high-traffic events.
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
