Kitchen Manager (KM)
The Kitchen Manager at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, oversees the daily operations of the kitchen, this includes the managing, scheduling, training, and control over food/labour costs. The Kitchen Manager leads the team during operations focusing on serving perfect food, every time, and working with a sense of purpose and urgency.
Additionally, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, receiving and preparation of all foodstuffs according to BP policies and practices. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. Qualification Requirements:
· Previous kitchen management experience required.
· Passion for the kitchen and for producing quality products every day.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral (English).
· Strong business acumen, including an understanding of budgets and operating costs.
· Strong analytical/decision-making skills.
· Leadership skills – able to direct and supervise staff.
· Previous scheduling experience an asset.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
· Must currently live in Ottawa and be eligible to work in Canada.
-Salary is based on industry experience.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
