Job Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager

Responsibilities
- Case Presentation: Present complex treatment plans clearly, address patient objections, and securely close financial arrangements.
- Practice Leadership: Oversee daily schedule optimization, manage front-desk workflows, and lead the administrative team.
- Patient Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for patient escalations, financial questions, and VIP hospitality.
- System Management: Utilize ClearDent daily to track metrics, schedule efficiently, and manage accounts.
- Billing & Collections: Manage insurance claims, accounts receivable, and daily financial balancing.
Experience
- High EQ & IQ: You can read a room instantly, empathize with anxious patients, and solve complex scheduling and financial puzzles efficiently.
- Exceptional Communication: You possess articulate verbal and written skills, with the ability to simplify dense clinical information.
- Ethical Sales Ability: You are a natural "people person" who loves helping them get better oral health by building trust, and helping patients say "yes" to their oral health.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ClearDent and a strong grasp of dental billing codes is required.
