Do you enjoy working outdoors, being around golf, and being part of a great team? GreenTee Langley is hiring Back Shop Attendants for the upcoming golf season. This is a great opportunity for students, golf enthusiasts, or anyone looking for an active job in a fun and social environment.
As a Back Shop Attendant, you’ll help create a great first and last impression for our golfers. You’ll assist with preparing carts, maintaining the driving range, and keeping our golf operations running smoothly throughout the day. If you’re dependable, energetic, and enjoy working outside, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist golfers as they arrive and finish their round
- Stage and prepare golf carts and pull carts for daily play
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the back shop and cart barn
- Set up and close the driving range, including ball picking and cleaning golf balls
- Monitor power cart charging and ensure carts are ready for play
- Help maintain clubhouse washrooms and surrounding operational areas
- Communicate with the Pro Shop and team members to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Follow service standards, safety policies, and assist with other tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum age: 17 years old
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to lift and carry golf bags and equipment (30–50 lbs)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Golf knowledge is a bonus but not required
