Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (MSW) to provide in-person family and couples therapy at our Markham location. This contract role is intended for clinicians who are confident in relational work and able to manage moderate to complex family and couples cases independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-person psychotherapy to couples and families with diverse presenting concerns
- Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically sound documentation
- Manage a consistent caseload independently while collaborating with the team as needed
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards at all times
Required Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with CRPO or OCSWSSW (MSW required for RSWs)
- Minimum 5 years of post-registration clinical experience
- Demonstrated experience providing couples and/or family therapy
- Ability to work independently
- Strong trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive practice lens
- Commitment to providing in-person services in Markham
- Professional liability insurance
Strong Assets
- Experience working with couple, parenting issues, blended families, or intergenerational dynamics
- Experience serving diverse, multicultural
- Ability to offer services in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese)

Pay: $50.00-$150.00 per hour
