Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to support the growth and operational excellence of our GTA Stores. This role involves assisting in overseeing multiple locations, driving sales initiatives, and leading teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, project management skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations across different regional locations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new sales opportunities and fostering client relationships.
- Lead and supervise teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to promote a motivated workforce.
- Attend events to represent the brand in different settings.
- Coordinate and oversee project management activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
- Drive process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and implement operational policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track progress toward organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail management, business development, or related roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in team management or project oversight.
- Strong project management abilities with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Prior experience in supervising staff and managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
