Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining agricultural and commercial equipment, ensuring facility upkeep, and supporting service operations, requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities:
· Perform washing, drying, and detailing of agricultural, commercial, and consumer equipment to meet dealership Standards.
· Assist technicians with repairs, equipment setup, and pre-delivery.
· Complete basic service documentation and support billable work.
· Deliver, receive, inspect, and organize equipment and parts.
. Maintain a clean and organized wash bay, including tools, equipment, and chemicals; general upkeep of facilities
· Participate in moving equipment in and out of the wash bay, receiving and delivering parts, and assisting in yard organization
· Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance.
· Provide professional customer service and follow all safety procedures.
· Complete other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual cleaning tasks.
- Experience with agricultural machinery is strongly preferred.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
