Full job description
We are looking for a detail orientated individual with prior experience working in an Alberta Registry office, who can work well independently and as part of a team. Previous registry experience is strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing Alberta Government registries products
- Cash handling, Inventory maintenance, invoicing.
- Be responsible for following ongoing changes to policies and procedures provided by Alberta Government Services.
- Knowledge of computer applications/accurate keyboard skills.
- Respond to and resolve customer’s challenges.
- Appropriate treatment of confidential information (FOIP)
- Work cooperatively with team members.
- Adhere to employee and agent code of conduct
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Satisfy Police Information Check
- Hold a Registry Certificate is an asset
- APPRES Certification an asset
- Corporate Registries - any level an asset
- Land Titles, & Vital Statistics Experience
- Motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personal Criminal record check

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
