We’re looking for a 2nd-Year (or higher) plumber to join our busy, growing team.

WHO YOU ARE:
- A 2nd year (or more) plumber
- You ideally have a background in service plumbing, and you're eager to work directly with customers/homeowners.
-* You MUST have a valid BC Driver's license and clean driver's abstract from ICBC.*
- You can pass a Criminal Record check.
- Your past employers would describe you as hard-working, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- You can take direction, but can also make critical decisions on your own when needed.
- You genuinely CARE for your customers to have the best possible experience.
- You’re self-driven/motivated.
- You always show up with a good attitude, ON TIME, with an openness to learn and develop your skills.
- You’re able to keep calm and collected in stressful situations. You can turn an unhappy, tense, or challenging situation into a win.
- You are comfortable/experienced with or willing to learn basic sales techniques (no high-pressure sales).
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- You have a strong written and verbal command of the English language
- You have your own tools (of course we have the big stuff, but it helps if you have the basics)
- You are able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
- You have your own working smartphone with data
- You are comfortable with modern technology and basic software (SMS text messaging, email, G-Suite)
