Experienced Real Estate Administrative Assistant – Kalemi Team
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year
The Kalemi team is looking for a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant with strong previous experience on a busy real estate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transactions, documents, and deadlines (including MLS updates, offers, and paperwork)
- Handle client database, calendars, and coordination with lawyers, brokers, photographers, and other vendors
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Manage social media content and engagement
- Oversee calls, emails, and general office communications
- Support basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of real estate administrative or transaction coordination experience (required)
- Full-time, in-office 5 days a week
- Proficiency with Follow Up Boss (or similar CRM), DocuSign, SkySlope, WebForms, and Canva Pro
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (GTA travel required)
