Professional Airbnb Cleaner
Part-Time | Yellowknife, NT
$30–35/hour (based on experience)
*Paid training at $25/hour

We are a small, supportive team that takes pride in delivering exceptional Airbnb experiences. Every clean matters. Every detail matters. We are looking for someone who notices the little things and enjoys leaving a home looking absolutely perfect.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing Airbnb homes for arriving guests
- Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces
- Creating hotel-quality beds with crisp, professional presentation
- Restocking amenities and supplies
- Following detailed cleaning checklists
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards every visit
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of professional cleaning experience
- Experience with Airbnb turnovers, vacation rentals, hotels, or hospitality cleaning
- Experience making hotel-quality beds
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work independently
- Takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys cleaning
Schedule
This is a part-time position with hours based on guest bookings.
Required availability:
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Applicants must be available during this time, seven days per week, as guest check-ins and check-outs occur throughout the week. This does not mean you will work every day.
Compensation
- Paid training: $25/hour
- After training: $30–35/hour, depending on experience and performance
