Job Title: Door-to-Door Lead Generator (Roofing)
Compensation
- $100 per booked meeting that turns into a closed deal
- Bonus $100 if you maintain 5 meetings a week
- Commission only (no base)
- Paid weekly
Role
Go door-to-door in assigned areas, identify homes with missing or damaged shingles, and book appointments for our Storm Relief Program (SRP).
You are not closing — only setting qualified meetings.
Responsibilities
- Knock doors and speak with homeowners
- Spot visible roof damage (missing shingles)
- Pitch the SRP program briefly
- Book in-person meetings directly into the calendar
- Add basic notes for each lead
Qualified Lead Criteria
- Homeowner is present
- Visible roof damage
- Interested in SRP and agrees to a meeting
- Appointment confirmed in calendar
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable door-to-door
- Self-driven and consistent
- Has a smartphone
