Responsibilities
- Key holder
- Answering customer inquiries about our products and services
- Assisting customers with carry-outs
- Maintaining appearance of store
- Handle/Process cash register transactions
- Interact professionally with the general public and have a moderate level of physical fitness (i.e. be able to lift 50 lb. water jugs and carry them a short distance)
- Clean dispensing stations, sanitize water table and faucets
- Restock shelves with available product; alert management to low stock
- Conduct basic water testing daily (e.g., Hardness, Iron, pH, TDS) to ensure it meets store standards
- Performance of other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Retail and marketing experience is an asset; Training provided
- Answering customer inquiries about our products and services
- Experience with POS systems or similar technology is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counting
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
