As UnitiWall continues to expand, we’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of assigned projects and support the delivery of our world-class prefabricated façade systems.
You’ll work closely with Design, Product Development, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and Construction teams to ensure project scope, schedules, approvals, procurement, production, and delivery remain aligned with contractual commitments and manufacturing realities.
In this role, you’ll act as a key driver of project execution, supporting clear communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders while coordinating installation readiness and ensuring projects move forward in a disciplined and predictable manner.

What you’ll be doing
Project Delivery & Execution:
- Manage assigned projects from Sales handover through fabrication, delivery, installation coordination, and close-out.
- Act as UnitiWall’s day-to-day point of contact for project-related communication with owners, consultants, and general contractors, escalating matters to the Senior PM when required.
- Identify project issues early, work through solutions with internal teams, and escalate matters where schedule, scope, or cost risk is material.
- Ensure project decisions and actions are tracked, followed through, and aligned with contract, scope, and schedule.
Schedule, Risk & Tracking:
- Maintain integrated project schedules that reflect design, DfMA, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and installation activities.
- Update schedules weekly and ensure assumptions, constraints, and dependencies are visible and current..
- Maintain project critical items trackers and ensure red / yellow / green risks are current, tied to the schedule, and actively managed.
- Identify and communicate emerging risks related to design, RFIs, approvals, material readiness, batching, and sequencing.
RFI, Submittals & Approvals:
- Own the day-to-day administration and follow-through of RFIs, ensuring they are clear, timely, tracked, and escalated as required.
- Evaluate RFI responses for impact on scope, schedule, batching, panel holds, fabrication sequencing, and installation readiness.
- Coordinate shop drawing and submittal packages to support staged approvals and timely release of information.
- Monitor review timelines and proactively follow up with clients and consultants on outstanding approvals.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with Design and Product Development to ensure technical questions are clarified quickly and routed appropriately, without overstepping into engineering decisions.
- Coordinate release dates, material readiness, batching logic, and delivery sequencing with Manufacturing and Procurement.
- Coordinate with the Construction Manager to ensure installation constraints and site readiness are reflected in the project plan.
- Keep internal stakeholders aligned on priorities, dependencies, and upcoming milestones.
Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare accurate weekly project reports reflecting current schedule status, risks, RFIs, critical items, and key next steps.
- Lead recurring project meetings with Design, PD, Manufacturing, and external stakeholders as required.
- Ensure meeting minutes, action items, and project records are current and properly maintained.
- Surface bad news early and with recommendations, not just problem statements.
Financial & Contractual Awareness:
- Read and understand key contractual obligations, scope boundaries, and project milestones relevant to assigned projects.
- Flag potential scope creep, late changes, and design or approval impacts that could affect budget, margin, or risk.
- Support documentation of change events, delays, and impacts that may require commercial follow-up in coordination with the Senior PM and Finance.
- Understand how design changes, schedule slippage, and approval delays affect project cost and manufacturability.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- PMP designation is an asset, or active progression toward certification.
Core Experience Profile
8+ years of project management experience in design-intensive or coordination-heavy environments such as:
- architecture or multidisciplinary design firms
- owner’s / agent PM roles
- design-build project teams
- façade, envelope, or prefabrication systems
- Demonstrated experience supporting projects where design coordination and approvals materially affect schedule and cost.
Design-Phase Project Management Exposure
Experience working through:
- design coordination and clarification
- RFI management
- drawing review cycles
- submittal and approval tracking
- Able to keep design-related issues moving without taking over technical decision-making from Design or PD.
RFI & Information Management
- Experience tracking and advancing RFIs, submittals, and open technical issues.
- Able to recognize when unresolved information may affect schedule, batching, panel holds, or approvals.
- Comfortable working in structured tracking tools and maintaining disciplined documentation.
Drawing Flow & Scope Awareness
- Experience coordinating shop drawing releases, phased approvals, and design deliverables against project timelines.
- Understands the importance of scope discipline, particularly where late changes can affect manufacturing or installation.
- Able to identify when issues need escalation for commercial or contractual reasons.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams in project delivery settings.
- Able to communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently.
- Comfortable operating in a supportable but accountable project management role with clear escalation paths.
