Join Our Event Production Team
Infinity Events & Decor is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Event Set Up Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and being part of bringing beautiful events and experiences to life.
From weddings and corporate functions to luxury events and private celebrations, our setup team plays a critical role behind the scenes in preparing exceptional event spaces for our clients and guests.

Responsibilities
- Set up tables, chairs, linens, décor, signage, staging, and event furnishings
- Prepare ceremony and reception spaces according to event layouts and timelines
- Load, unload, move, and organize event equipment and supplies
- Assist with event teardown and venue resets
- Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Follow setup instructions and floorplans accurately
- Work collaboratively with venue managers, décor teams, florists, logistics staff, and coordinators
- Assist with maintaining warehouse and storage organization when required
Qualifications
- Previous event, warehouse, logistics, or labour experience considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and under timelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
About the Contract Position
This role is offered on a contract and event-based basis, with scheduling dependent on event bookings, operational needs, and seasonal demand. Team members may experience varying schedules throughout the year based on the event calendar.
There may be opportunities for ongoing work and expanded responsibilities based on performance and availability.
