The Opportunity: We are looking for a Claims Adjuster to join our team! The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and processing warranty claims while providing administrative and operational support related to claims management. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Summary: The Claims Adjuster is responsible for reviewing, assessing, and processing warranty and claims files while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution. This role provides administrative and operational support related to claims management and works closely with internal departments, dealerships, and customers to ensure an efficient claims process and high level of service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Review and assess warranty and claims submissions for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Process approved claims and ensure timely payments and documentation updates
- Communicate with dealerships, customers, and vendors regarding claim status, required documentation, and claim resolutions
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all claims activity within the claims management system
- Investigate discrepancies, gather supporting information, and escalate complex claims issues as required
- Monitor claims inboxes and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient claims processing and customer support
- Prepare reports and summaries related to claims activity, trends, and outstanding items
- Assist with identifying process improvements to support operational efficiency and service standards
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer and company information
- Support administrative functions related to claims processing and departmental operations
- Carry out other duties reasonably related to the role, as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- College diploma or degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in claims processing, customer service, administration, or a related role is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation accurately
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual communication skills are considered an asset.

- This position is performed in a hybrid and/or remote work environment, in accordance with Company operational requirements and policies
- Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, training sessions, company events, or support business operations

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
