Salary: $45,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)
Additional Compensation: Launch milestone bonuses, Uncapped commission

SHUDLE is a fast-growing, tech-driven marketplace that matches people and businesses with on-demand pickup trucks for big, bulky deliveries. We are launching our Beta phase in Southern Ontario, and we need a high-energy, money-motivated Outside Field Sales Representative to hunt for new retail partnerships.
This is an autonomous, boots-on-the-ground role. If you love the thrill of the chase, hate being tied to a desk, and want to get in on the ground floor of a tech startup with zero internal competition, this is your chance.
What You Will Do
- Drive & Dominate: Cover your Southern Ontario territory daily, walking directly into big-box retailers, furniture showrooms, appliance stores, and local distribution centers.
- Pitch the Decision Makers: Bypass gatekeepers, build instant rapport with store managers, and pitch how SHUDLE solves their customer delivery headaches. [1]
- Close & Onboard: Sign stores up for our exclusive Beta launch on the spot and train their staff to book their first delivery through our app.
- Own Your Territory: Treat your territory like your own business. Every store you sign up directly impacts your commission check.
