Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This full-time role is essential to maintaining smooth warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and supporting timely deliveries to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory systems
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
