Experienced Window Installer

MAG Windows is hiring an experienced window installer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, shows up on time, and has hands-on experience installing residential windows and doors.
Position
- Part-time to full-time (15–40 hours per week)
- Flexible scheduling based on workload
- Immediate start available
Pay
- Competitive hourly wage or
- Per-window pay (piece rate)
- Compensation based on experience and preferred pay structure
Requirements
- Previous experience installing residential windows is required
- Experience with renovation window installations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own hand tools are an asset
Responsibilities
- Remove existing windows and doors
- Install new vinyl windows and patio/entry doors
- Complete interior and exterior finishing as required
- Ensure installations are level, sealed, and completed to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Provide professional service to homeowners
