Panefri North America is a plastic edgeband manufacturer located in Langley, BC. We specialize in printed edgebands that perfectly match our customers’ kitchen top panels. To support our production team, we are seeking an Extruder Machine Operator who has excellent colour vision, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the extruder machine to produce high-quality plastic edgebands.
- Match colours and textures on edgeband bulk production.
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure top product quality and minimize waste.
- Assist in product development and maintain colour consistency throughout production runs.
- Work closely with the development and production teams to achieve desired results.
Qualifications
- Exceptional colour perception and ability to distinguish subtle differences in shades and textures.
- Must successfully pass a colour visibility test prior to hiring.
- No prior experience required — full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail, patience, and willingness to learn are essential.
- Reliable transportation is required, as our facility is located in a transit-free area.
- Willingness to work overtime or shift work as needed.
Compensation
- Starting Wage: $17.85 CAD / hour

Training Period: 6 month training period for independent and complete understanding of the inner workings of our processes, procedures, policies – The evaluation with be done by your supervisor.
