Warehouse Supervisor – Full Time

SUMMARY
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, delivery drivers route coordination, order fulfillment accuracy and compliancy with workplace safety. An individual who exhibits commitment by working alongside the team and supports frontline operations when needed.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise warehouse day-to-day operations, inventory check control, time and motion studies, daily reports and supervise 15 to 20 warehouse staff/drivers.
- Maintain warehouse mapping and layouts to optimize product flow and order picking efficiency.
- Oversee inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts
- Coordinate with other team members for inventory transfers and replenishment
- Analyze picking errors and identify root causes through routine audits and performance reviews.
- Ensure all orders are picked/packed accurately and double checked.
- Monitor driver productivity, service levels and ensure maintenance of all vehicle inspection documents.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
- Recruit, train, mentor and motivate warehouse employees and drivers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience, preferably in food, pet food, consumer goods, or distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control (FIFO), transportation logistics, WHMIS, and knowledge of ESA.
- Demonstrates Ontario Trucking knowledge, CVOR and routing deliveries.
- Knowledge of Warehouse ERP Systems
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PDF.
- Walkie/Forklift License (Required)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
