Southeastern Telecommunication Services is expanding our Voice Services team. We deliver modern business communication solutions powered by SmartHost Voice Services, our cloud hosted phone platform.
We are looking for a VoIP Technician who enjoys hands on work, solving technical challenges, and working directly with business clients.
What You’ll Do
- Install and configure VoIP phone systems
- Deploy and support SmartHost Voice Services
- Program phones, voicemail, call routing, and auto attendants
- Troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, and network issues
- Upgrade legacy phone systems to modern solutions
- Travel to client sites for installs and service calls
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support
What You Bring
- 2+ years experience in VoIP or telecommunications
- Strong understanding of SIP and IP networking
- Experience with business phone systems
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Professional, customer focused attitude
- Valid driver’s license
