Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Maintain an organized dishwashing station, including proper storage of clean items and disposal of waste.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team in maintaining smooth operations during busy service hours.
- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service and events.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation to promote a safe working environment.

Skills
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation practices within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
