Duties
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established safety protocols.
- Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of products and equipment to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Document production activities accurately in compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with safety practices in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $18.84-$25.00 per hour
