Customer Service Sales Associate’s Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and prospective clients through phone calls, emails, text communication, and in-person interactions
- Build trust-based relationships by listening carefully and understanding each customer’s needs
- Provide clear, accurate information about products and services to help customers make confident decisions
- Support customer success by ensuring a smooth, positive, and professional experience from start to finish
- Maintain detailed and organized communication records as required
- Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge, customer service skills, and best practices
