Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Wage: $22.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Our Services
Our crews work across a variety of exterior projects, including:
Asphalt roofing installations and repairs
Roof rejuvenation treatments
Fascia replacement and repairs
Gutters and downspouts
Hidden (built-in) gutter systems
Leaf protection systems
Soffit installation
Siding installation and repairs (James Hardie, vinyl, composite, etc.)
Exterior carpentry
Window and door installations
Deck construction and repairs
Roof cleaning and moss removal
Pressure washing and exterior maintenance
No two days are the same.
What You'll Do
As an Exterior Field Technician, you'll work with experienced crews to complete a variety of exterior projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
Complete installations and repairs according to company standards
Safely use ladders, fall protection, power tools, and equipment
Work on residential and strata properties throughout the Lower Mainland
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates
Load and unload materials and equipment
Complete work efficiently while maintaining excellent craftsmanship
Participate in daily safety meetings and follow WorkSafeBC regulations
Represent City & Country Contracting with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications
Preferred (but not required):
Exterior construction experience
Roofing experience
Siding experience
Carpentry experience
Gutter installation experience
Fall Protection certification
Valid BC Driver's Licence
Ability to tow trailers (an asset)
First Aid certification (an asset)
We are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude.
Physical Requirements
This position requires:
Lifting up to 75 lbs
Working on ladders and roofs
Working outdoors in various weather conditions
Standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling throughout the day
