Position: Bilingual Inside Sales Representative
Salary: $40,000 + commission (OTE $55,000)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Training: 3-month paid training program. Open to recent graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of experience.
Requirements:
Bilingual (English & French)
Recent graduate or 1–2 years of inside sales/customer service experience
Sports management graduate would be an asset
Post-secondary education
Passion for sports
CRM/Salesforce experience is an asset
Strong communication and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and manage order entry
Support assigned sales representative and customer accounts
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails
Respond to product, pricing, and order inquiries
Generate sales and reactivate existing accounts
Maintain accurate customer records and provide excellent service
