Position Summary
Alfa Resin Haus is a supplier of premium epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems. We partner with professional flooring contractors by providing high-quality products, exceptional service, and dependable support.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role is responsible for managing daily administrative operations, coordinating customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing outstanding service to our contractor clients.
Key Responsibilities
● Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
● Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
● Prepare and send quotations, invoices, order confirmations, and other business documents.
● Coordinate order fulfillment and communicate order status with customers.
● Maintain customer accounts, files, and administrative records.
● Follow up with contractors regarding quotes, orders, and account information.
● Assist with inventory documentation and purchase order administration.
● Schedule meetings, deliveries, and other business appointments as needed.
● Organize digital and physical filing systems.
● Support bookkeeping by organizing receipts, invoices, and documentation.
● Assist management with reports, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
● Previous experience in an administrative, office, or customer service role.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● High attention to detail and accuracy.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
● Experience with QuickBooks, inventory management, or CRM software is considered an asset.
● Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working in the construction, building materials, flooring, coatings, or industrial supply industry is an asset.
● Understanding of order processing, inventory management, and contractor support.
● Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.

Pay: $15.00-$35.32 per hour
