Manufacturing Associate – Food Production
Location: Cambridge, ON
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $26.00 per hour
Pivotal Staffing Solutions is currently seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join a leading food manufacturing facility in Cambridge, Ontario. We are hiring for various departments, including Production Support, Processing, Packaging, Equipment Operation, and Material Handling.

Responsibilities
- Support daily food production operations and packaging activities.
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards.
- Prepare materials and supplies required for production runs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food industry experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
