Job Title: Pharmacist
Job Type: Temporary Contract (with potential for extensions)
Contract Duration: Starting ASAP for 4 weeks
Location: London, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Key Duties
- Precisely verify and dispense prescriptions, ensuring correct dosing and patient safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver specialized care for patients with unique medical needs.
- Maintain accurate medication records and manage pharmaceutical inventory.
Requirements
- Licensed pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
- Strong communication skills and ability to succeed in a dynamic environment.
