At Serving Hands Senior Care, we believe great care starts by supporting our caregivers. Since 2016, we've been helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while providing our team with consistent schedules, responsive support, and a workplace where people genuinely care about one another.
We're currently looking for Registered Health Care Aides who are available to work weekends, with opportunities for daytime, evening, overnight, and ongoing weekend shifts.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support safe mobility and transfers
- Provide medication reminders and assistance within the HCA scope of practice and individual care plans
- Observe, document, and report changes in client condition
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, person-centred care
- Remain awake, alert, and responsive during overnight shifts when scheduled
What We're Looking For
- Registered Health Care Aide in good standing on the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
- Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle for travel between client homes
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Physically able to assist with mobility and transfers
