Humberside Montessori School is looking for French Speaking Early Childhood Educators to work as a Classroom Assistants.
Responsibilities include:
- Speaking fluent French at all times.
- Preparing the environment to ensure it meets the needs of the children.
- Cleaning and sanitizing the environment.
- Dedicated and mindful playground supervision.
- Assisting and guiding children when necessary, following a Montessori approach.
- With training, scientifically observe children and share observations with the teacher.
- Candidates must hold an Early Childhood Educator Diploma from an Ontario College/University
Qualifications
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) Diploma required
- Must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing daily needs
- Professional, dependable, and collaborative approach
- AMI Orientation (formerly the Assistants Course) an asset
Positions starting in August with potential for part-time employment in July.
