Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and reliable Well Site Completions Labour to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the installation, maintenance, and dismantling of well completion equipment at oil and gas sites. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will ensure safe, efficient operations on-site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the successful completion of oil and gas wells while gaining valuable industry experience.
The successful applicant will be local to the RedDeer area as the position will be home every night travelling to lease daily.
Responsibilities
- Assist with rigging and heavy equipment operation to set up well site infrastructure
- Support the installation and removal of completion tools and equipment during well operations
- Operate machinery such as Skid Steer Loaders and Front end loaders safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure safety standards are maintained
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all stages of well site activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, equipment used, and safety checks
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate or assist with heavy machinery such as excavators, skid steers, pumps, and forklifts
- Experience with rigging procedures and heavy equipment operation in a construction or oil & gas environment
- Previous construction experience or hands-on work at oil & gas sites preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy loads safely
- Strong attention to safety procedures and compliance with industry regulations

Pay: $500.00-$550.00 per day
Licence/Certification:
- H2S Alive, First Aid and standard indusrty certificates (preferred)
