OUTBOUND STATION (O|S) is the station stop to fuel up on your journey, but not the crude way. With craft burgers, coffee, and premium convenience we hope to help start your journey the right way, whatever it may be.
Our Groundskeeper would take pride in their role to maintain our café, burger shop & rooftop patio & grounds. From maintaining facilities & waste, patio furniture, to gardening, & the occasional woodwork! This role is looking for an all-rounder!
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

Maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor spaces, including the rooftop patio, entrance, seating areas, and surrounding areas

Ensure garbage, recycling, and compost bins are emptied and properly sorted throughout the day and disposed of

Keep washrooms clean, stocked, and in good working order at all times

Support the Café & Burger shop team with additional cleaning or maintenance duties, including bar-back support as needed

Perform maintenance, general upkeep (e.g., sweeping, pressure washing, wiping down surfaces, etc.) and recommend installs that would offer efficiencies & ideal guest experience
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf cleanup, or patio setup/takedown, etc.

Supporting bar staff with rooftop capacity levels
