Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Red Seal Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, construction practices, and maintenance procedures. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing infrastructure in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems according to specifications and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills to complete plumbing tasks
- Conduct maintenance on HVAC systems related to plumbing infrastructure when necessary
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation or repair projects
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues using basic math and technical schematics to identify solutions
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems within building projects
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment during each project
Experience
- Valid Red Seal certification as a licensed plumber is required
- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance across various settings
- Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, welding, schematics reading, and general construction practices
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and assembly processes
- Experience reading blueprints and schematics accurately for complex plumbing projects
- Ability to perform basic math calculations relevant to measurements and material estimations
- Prior experience in carpentry or related trades is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $32.00-$45.00 per hour
