MEIRAKO is looking for a friendly, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team at our YYC location. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about creativity, customer care, and building connection through jewelry-making workshops.

* What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and team coordination
- Hosting our jewelry making workshops
- Creating a welcoming, warm in-store experience for guests
- Helping with inventory, workshop materials, and visual merchandising
- Organizing bookings, schedules, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Training and supporting new staff in customer service and workshop flow
- Jumping in wherever needed with a positive and helpful attitude
* Who You Are:
- Friendly and naturally great with people
- Organized and proactive — you love checklists and keeping things running smoothly
- Confident leading small group experiences or creative workshops
- Enjoy working in a small team and hands-on retail setting
- Flexible with scheduling (weekends and holidays may be required)
- Experience in jewelry is not required if you're quick to learn!
