About Us
HashHub Inc. is an innovative semiconductor and IC design company focused on advanced chip solutions and high-performance computing technologies. We are expanding our backend design team and looking for passionate engineers — from new graduates to experienced professionals — to join us in building next-generation semiconductor products.
Responsibilities
● Participate in block-level physical design implementation, including:
○ Floorplanning
○ Placement & Routing (PnR)
○ Clock Tree Synthesis (CTS)
○ Timing analysis and closure
○ Noise analysis
○ Physical verification
○ ECO implementation
● Support timing convergence and assist in resolving PV / EMIR issues.
● Collaborate with backend and top-level teams to achieve successful full-chip signoff.
● Help optimize backend design flows and methodologies.
● Deliver high-quality backend data and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in:
○ Microelectronics
○ Integrated Circuits
○ Electrical/Electronic Engineering
○ Computer Engineering
○ or related fields
● 0–4 years of experience in digital backend physical design.
● Fresh graduates are welcome; training and mentorship will be provided.
● Familiarity with APR / physical design flow is preferred.
● Knowledge of Linux environment and scripting is a plus.
● Experience with Tcl, Perl, or Python is preferred.
● Basic understanding of Static Timing Analysis (STA) is preferred.
● Familiarity with EDA tools such as:
○ Innovus
○ ICC2
○ Calibre
○ StarRC
○ PrimeTime (PT) is highly preferred.
● Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Salary Range: CAD $70,000 – $130,000 annually (Compensation will be determined based on experience and skill level.)
