Two Nice Guys Pharmacy is a busy, community-driven, locally owned pharmacy serving a diverse patient population in Kelowna. Our team is known for strong clinical care, a reliable OAT program, and a collaborative approach with nurses, technicians, and community health partners.
We’re looking for a pharmacist who is confident, compassionate, steady under pressure, and genuinely enjoys the pace and purpose of front-line practice in a real community setting. What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key pharmacist in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities include:
- Providing full-scope pharmacist care, including:
- Patient counselling and follow-up
- Minor Ailments and Contraception Services
- Immunizations (public and private)
- Opioid Agonist Treatment
- Leading pharmacist-first intake and troubleshooting
- Working collaboratively with technicians, nurses, and other pharmacists
- Ensuring prescription entry, assessment, documentation, and PharmaCare billing are optimal and compliant
- Supporting blister pack services (community clients and group homes)
- Participating in process improvement and identifying service expansion opportunities
- Upholding our culture of respect, accountability, and community-minded care
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Full Pharmacist registration in British Columbia
- Injection certification + OAT-CAMPP
- Minimum 2+ years of community pharmacy experience in BC
- Strong knowledge of PharmaCare, third-party plans, and Kroll
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high standard of clinical care
- Calm, collaborative communicator who brings steadiness, not drama, to the team

Schedule
- 8-hour shifts typically
- Early: 6:00am–2:00pm (OAT-focused)
- Day: 10:00am–6:00pm (general dispensary)
- Weekend and holiday rotation (approx. one per month)
- No evenings, no late nights
