Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals and preferences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and wellness practices
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper sanitation procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling and client follow-ups effectively
Qualifications
- Valid massage therapy license or certification in accordance with state regulations
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients empathetically
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment plans and address client concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Prior experience in massage therapy or related healthcare fields is a plus but not required
