Lemon Cleaners is hiring a experienced reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing team. This position focuses primarily on move-in and move-out cleaning of vacant suites, along with building common-area cleaning throughout Langford and Victoria.
The ideal candidate has professional cleaning experience, takes pride in their work, and can complete detailed cleaning independently. Airbnb turnover training may also be available for the right candidate.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Complete detailed move-in and move-out cleaning of vacant suites
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, floors, baseboards, and other surfaces
- Clean building entrances, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and shared areas
- Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Identify and report damage, maintenance concerns, or missing items
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and property managers
- Maintain a consistent, high standard of workmanship
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience is required
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle
- Willing and able to travel between Langford and Victoria
- Personal cell phone for scheduling and communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Able to perform the physical duties associated with professional cleaning
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
