Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Associate who will contribute to our Firm’s success by providing value-added administrative and client service support to help us grow our business. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. Experience with medical or dental offices, bookkeeping, and customer service is highly valued. What you will do
Administrative Support:
- Work directly with our advisor partners and admin team to provide a high level of defined administrative services and support
- Customer Service & Support:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support by putting our clients first
Process Support:
- Contribute as part of a high functioning operations team committed to the success of our partners
- Provide professional, knowledgeable sales and service support to help our partners to conserve and grow the business of our existing clients and their families
- Maintain and ensure compliance standards are met
General Support:
- Able to take on special projects, as required
- Offer general support and coverage to peers as required
What you will bring
Experience & Education:
- Experience in administration within the investment and insurance industry
- Post-Secondary education or business-related field experience preferred
Technology & Applications
- Proficient in using E-mail, Word, Excel, and a high aptitude for learning new technology
- Technology skills to help advance the business forward using technology where applicable
Communication & Interpersonal:
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, responding promptly to requests; effective telephone techniques; tact, courtesy, and patience
- Adaptable to change, with an understanding of the need to quickly change priorities and respond in a positive manner
- Demonstrated proactive approach, showing initiative toward process improvement and individual development
- Strong problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others
Organizational
- Ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders within the firm, prioritize multiple tasks and implement systems to support follow-up
Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
