We are seeking a passionate and professional Esthetician to join our skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments, exceptional customer service skills, and a desire to help clients look and feel their best. Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, head spa's, and exfoliation procedures.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions.
- Manage retail sales by recommending suitable products to clients, upselling when appropriate.
- Handle front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and managing client records.
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and professional environment.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment areas and equipment.
- Engage with clients to build rapport, ensuring they have a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.
Skills
- Certification as an Esthetician with valid licensing.
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products naturally.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
