Residential Cleaning Specialist — Weekday Daytime Work
$20–$23 per hour | Durham Region | Monday–Friday daytime
All In Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving Durham Region. The majority of our clients receive recurring cleaning services, which means consistency, reliability, and attention to detail are extremely important to us.
We are looking for dependable people who enjoy physical, independent work and take pride in completing a job properly.
You do not need professional cleaning experience. We provide training and a clear cleaning system. We are more interested in your work ethic, consistency, ability to accept feedback, and willingness to learn.

Availability Requirement
Applicants must have consistent availability for a minimum of 3 weekdays per week between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
We are not currently hiring for occasional or changing availability.
No evening or weekend work is required.
Pay
- Solo cleaning: $23.00 per hour
- Team cleaning: $20.00 per hour
- Tips may also be received
This is currently an independent contractor opportunity. As All In Cleaning continues to grow, there may be opportunities for long-term team members to transition into employee positions or expanded roles within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Clean recurring residential client homes throughout Durham Region
- Vacuum, mop, scrub, dust, and clean residential spaces
- Follow All In Cleaning’s cleaning systems and client notes
- Work independently for many recurring cleans and occasionally as part of a team
- Communicate professionally with clients and the All In Cleaning team
- Drive between client locations
- Lift up to 25 lbs and perform physically active work throughout the day
Requirements
You must:
- Have a valid driver’s licence
- Have access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance
- Be able to travel between client homes throughout Durham Region
- Be able to pass a background check
- Be able to understand client notes, safety instructions, and communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Have consistent availability for at least 3 weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
