Real Estate Lead Manager / Acquisition Coordinator

About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and personable Lead Manager to be the first point of contact for motivated property sellers.
Your role is to answer inbound and outbound leads, build rapport, qualify opportunities, and hand off high-quality deals to our underwriting and acquisitions team for analysis and contract negotiation.
You are not expected to negotiate offers or analyze deals—you'll work closely with our underwriting team, who handles valuations and deal structuring.
Responsibilities: - Respond quickly to incoming seller leads. - Make outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails. - Build rapport and uncover the seller's motivation. - Qualify leads using our acquisition criteria. - Gather property details, timeline, condition, mortgage information, and seller expectations. - Keep detailed notes in the CRM. - Schedule appointments or calls for the acquisitions team when appropriate. - Coordinate with the underwriting team to ensure all required information is collected. - Follow up with warm leads until they are ready to move forward.
Qualifications: - Excellent phone and communication skills. - Confident speaking with homeowners. - Organized and detail-oriented. - Comfortable using a CRM and following systems. - Self-motivated and results-driven. - Previous real estate, sales, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
