Location: North Vancouver
Are you an ambitious student who wants to learn the business side of the restaurant world? Big Bite Donair is looking for a reliable, independent person to join our team with a unique opportunity to earn extra income through creative marketing.
The Role:
In-Shop (Hourly): Manage the kitchen and counter with patience and independence. You take pride in the Big Bite standard of great service and a clean shop.
Creative Partner (Commission): On your off-hours, you are invited to use the shop as your "studio." Come in, take high-quality photos, film "clips" for TikTok/Instagram (showcasing our food and famous Big Bite Hot Sauces), and post them.
The Commission Structure:
We want you to share in our success. For every customer or sale brought in by the content you create and post on your own time, you will earn a direct commission. If your videos go viral and our sales go up, you get paid more!
What We’re Looking For:
independence: You are a self-starter who can run the station on your own.
Social Media Savvy: You have an eye for great food photography and know how to edit engaging clips.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are interested in business growth and looking for a long-term professional relationship (potential for future partnership).
Patient & Reliable: You handle the "rush" perfectly and are someone we can trust with the keys to the shop.
