What This Role Is All About
As our Residential Installation Dispatcher, you play a pivotal role in creating a seamless installation experience for our customers. You are the connective point between our Install Manager, install teams, homeowners, and internal departments—ensuring every job is ready, organized, and set up for success.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, influencing outcomes, and supporting a team to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Put the Customer First
- Build strong rapport with homeowners to ensure confident, informed, and positive installation experiences.
- Maintain professional, proactive communication so customers feel valued, supported, and excited to work with us.
- Partner with colleagues across departments—treating every internal team member as a customer you support.
Take Pride in Your Work
- Schedule and dispatch residential installations efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all documentation, permits, parts, and equipment are prepared ahead of each job.
- Support accurate, timely completion of installation paperwork.
- Maintain high standards of organization, professionalism, and follow-through.

- Collaborate with the Install Manager and install teams to keep workflows smooth, efficient, and high-quality.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve the customer journey or internal processes.

What You Bring
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Customer-service experience—bonus if you have dispatch or coordination experience.
- Strong decision-making skills and the confidence to support both customers and teammates.
- Proficiency with Excel and/or QuickBooks is an asset.
