AI Solutions Developer (Co-op) September to December 2026

As a Healthcare AI Solutions Developer, you will work closely with finance, teams to identify opportunities where Microsoft Copilot and other AI technologies can streamline processes, improve decision-making, and enhance productivity. You will help design and implement practical AI solutions, automate repetitive tasks, develop reporting tools, and support the adoption of AI capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve workflows through AI and automation
- Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and related technologies
- Create automated reports, dashboards, and productivity tools
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend efficiency improvements
- Prototype and test AI-powered solutions to address operational challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Support AI literacy and user adoption through training materials, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative use cases relevant to healthcare operations
• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Design Engineering, Data Science, or a related program
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, APIs, or automation tools is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and experiment with emerging technologies
