Job Summary
The Nestly Co. is a growing cleaning service looking for an Experienced Residential Cleaning Team Lead to join our team. We specialize in residential, condo, Airbnb, move-in/out, deep cleaning, and office cleaning services. This role is ideal for an experienced cleaner who can lead by example, maintain high-quality cleaning standards, support team training, and help deliver exceptional client experiences.
What You'll Do
- Perform residential, move-in/out, standard, deep, Airbnb, and occasional office cleaning services
- Lead cleaning teams on-site and ensure work is completed to The Nestly Co. standards
- Assist with training and mentoring new cleaners on cleaning techniques, workflows, products, and company procedures
- Conduct quality checks and help maintain consistent service standards across all jobs
- Follow The Nestly Co. cleaning checklists and systems for efficient and consistent results
- Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and administration
- Use eco-friendly products and equipment provided by Nestly
- Help identify opportunities to improve cleaning quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional residential cleaning experience
- Experience with deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, and team-based cleaning environments
- Previous experience training, mentoring, or leading other cleaners is considered a strong asset
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to lead by example and work alongside the team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (access to a personal vehicle preferred due to travel between job sites)
- Comfortable following systems, checklists, and company standards

Pay: $26.50-$30.00 per hour
